  • The townhome includes the entire first floor (above the parking area) and a private portion of the second floor.
  • The property is part of a duplex; the other half is owned and managed separately.
  • There are separate entrance doors for each unit.
  • The neighboring unit occupies the remaining part of the second floor and the entire third floor.
  • Shared space: the walkway leading to the beach. All other spaces are private to each unit.
  • Beach access is private but shared with the other half of the duplex.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 13 guests. Children must be included in the occupancy count unless under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
  • Minimum tenant age: 25 years. The booking tenant must occupy the property during the entire stay.
  • No events or parties allowed. Management reserves the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund if violated.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Pet Policy: Dog friendly. Non-refundable pet fee is $250 for one dog, $350 for two dogs. Contact management for detail on beach rules for dogs.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while at the property.
  • Respect the house, contents, neighbors, and neighborhood.
  • Review the cancellation policy. Insurance is recommended.
  • If management determines a party occurred, a $500 fee will be charged.
